Switzerland c.1750 Homann large hand colored decorative coats of arms scenes map Eastern USA 6 1/2" H x 8Original 18th century folio sheet map. Issued c. 1720 50, Nurnberg, Germany by J. B. Homann. Copper engraved map with original hand color. Condition issues old dried paper tape along centerfold as seen with long open split at base of centerfold. Strong dark plate impression for the cartouches and printing. The old paper tape would likely(?) readily float off and centerfold repaired if desired (it's not modern cello tape which has a chemical based
