Wild Dog Chardonnay Methode Traditionnelle anise and cedary oak charactersA great vintage has brought forth a wine that is golden in colour, with plenty of ripe stone fruit, honeycomb & butter aromas. The palate is a little more on the rounded side with pear & grapefruit characters, hints of vanilla, biscuit and honeycomb with a citrus infused finish. Fermented in French oak, undergoes barrel stirring & malolactic fermentation for 6 months then stabilization, fining & sterile filtration prior to bottling.
